If you must eat sushi, stick to the American-style rolls. The fish is poor quality and from the wrong cut of the animal, and you won't be able to tell if you eat those.
I had the tuna and salmon nigiri. The fish was flavorless and the fat was stringy and tough. The person in charge of ordering the fish for the sushi company is clearly trying to cut corners. The nigiri was almost inedible.
They also make the pieces too big for one bite. Only barbarians and savages eat sushi in more than one bite. So embarrassing.September 03, 2016
