- 1 / 5By hayden swansonThis Caribou has the worst costumer service. More specifically the older women with pink hair at the register. When I asked if I could make my drink a cooler she replied "I guess" which is not how you reply to a simple request of a customer. Then when I told her I was a perks member and gave her my information, expecting to use my BOGO 50% off coupon, she replied I had to tell her that to begin with because it does not show up on my perks. (Even though I received both a text and an email about it) So she told me, with a very annoyed and frustrated attitude, she now had to start over. Over all she was not a friendly person, and coming from many years of customer service experience, I know this is not how you treat a customer whether you think they are right or wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.December 31, 2016
