  Only reason I come to this crapshack is for my son to play in the playplace. The soda/condiments area is dirty, service is slow, had my son slip on spilled soda that had been there for awhile. Basically the McDonald's over north Minneapolis is better.

  Tl;dr: Management is incompetent, staff needs to have orders detailed with crayons and popup books. Maybe not crayons, they may try to eat them.
  
  I've had issues enough times here I felt compelled to actually say something. Their late night staff are wildly incompetent; waiting 15 minutes with no movement in the line is unacceptable. Now today, I ordered a sausage mcmuffin. Based on the name off the menu and it's coinciding picture I was lead to believe there was going to be an egg involved. The bonus is, I got two free burritos so I guess I can't complain.
  
  Here's the thing: I have VERY low expectations for McDonalds as a whole. With that said, I don't understand why I need to spell out my order, or deal with an unreasonable wait time (you're microwaving horse meat and pre-cooked eggs).

  Big Playland, good staff, usual Mickey D's predictable food. No surprises, just as expected. I'm happy.
