In a word, it's pretentious... you pay a premium for the trendy decor and sushi rolls that experement instead of offering a standard bill and some house specialties. I don't think I will return. Two sushi rolls and water for $30 versus $70 for heaping plates of sushi at Osaka (9 rolls in total there!) and lots of sake and wine!
The warm moist towels delivered to your table are kind of weird.
Overall, a business trying too hard to be trendy. Service might be a little slow at times, but they're new and therefore incredibly busy, so it might take a few extra minutes.
